Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by PDDVPN. By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these rules. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the relevant services.
Service Scope and Application
PDDVPN provides cross-border access and network acceleration through international routes, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, connection methods, and client entry points are determined by the user panel. Routes may be adjusted based on network conditions, maintenance schedules, or regional resources.
The service improves network transmission paths and connection experience; it does not control third-party websites, applications, or content providers. The availability, account policies, content supply, and regional rules of third-party services are determined by those providers. PDDVPN does not promise the continued availability of any third-party service.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription information, and access to the user panel, and are responsible for activity performed through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should promptly change their password, update subscription information, or submit a ticket through the user panel.
Subscriptions support unlimited devices, allowing users to configure the service on devices they manage and use. Accounts, subscription links, and access credentials may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with unrelated third parties. They may not be used to build a network service for third-party charging or distribution. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, account risks, or access issues resulting from voluntarily sharing credentials.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. The user panel is the authoritative source for subscription status, remaining traffic, and billing records.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and place of service use, and must independently confirm that accessing international websites, using online content, and transmitting data meet relevant requirements. The service may not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, interference with network facilities, distribution of malicious programs, unauthorized system access, or handling data from unlawful sources.
Users may not affect routes, systems, or other users through automated requests, malicious concurrency, resource abuse, or other activity clearly beyond normal personal use. To maintain service order and network resources, PDDVPN may verify unusual requests and take necessary technical measures.
Availability and Liability
Route performance may be affected by the user’s local network, carrier routing, device environment, target service policies, maintenance windows, and uncontrollable network events. PDDVPN schedules routes and addresses known faults based on operating conditions, but does not guarantee that any particular route, region, or third-party service will always provide the same connection result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PDDVPN is not liable for interruptions, data loss, or indirect losses caused by user device settings, changes to third-party platform rules, public network failures, force majeure, or the user’s violation of these terms. Users should keep their own backups of important data and complete necessary backups before making system adjustments or changing client configurations.
Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination
If there is unlawful use, subscription resale, public sharing of access credentials, malicious consumption of network resources, attacks on service facilities, interference with other users, or refusal to stop a violation, PDDVPN may restrict route access, suspend the account, or terminate the relevant services according to the severity of the impact. To verify unusual activity, the service may ask users to provide necessary fault or order information through the user panel.
Users may stop renewing the service. Access will end when a subscription expires, traffic is used up, or an account is handled in accordance with law. Users should organize any orders, configurations, and usage records they need to retain in advance.
Changes to Terms and Refund Guidance
PDDVPN may update these terms due to changes in service scope, features, legal requirements, or operating rules. Updates will be published on this page, and the last updated date shown on the page will apply. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be announced through available on-site methods. Continued use of the updated service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Refund eligibility, application methods, and processing rules are governed by the separate Refund Policy; a full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. For information about how personal information and service data are handled, please see the Privacy Policy.
