Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how PDDVPN handles relevant data while providing subscription services, processing orders, maintaining international routes, and improving the website. Data processing follows the principles of clear purpose, necessity, and proportionate retention.
Account, Order, and Service Data
PDDVPN does not require an email address for registration; a username and password are sufficient. As a result, an email address is not a required field when creating an account. The account system processes information such as usernames, authentication credentials, account status, plan status, traffic usage, and balances to verify identity, display service status, calculate traffic usage, and handle account actions.
Order records include the selected plan or traffic package, amount due, payment method, payment status, order status, and necessary transaction identifiers. These records are used to confirm delivery, reconcile payments, process refund requests, and resolve billing disputes. When you visit the website, analytics data such as page views, referring pages, browser type, device category, and error information may also be generated to check page performance, identify faults, and improve content structure.
No-Logs Principles and Network Operation Information
PDDVPN does not record which websites users visit, retain request bodies that could reconstruct browsing content, keep complete access trails or long-term browsing histories, or build user profiles based on access content. Network traffic is transmitted only to the extent necessary to provide connectivity and is not used for targeted advertising.
To manage routes, calculate traffic usage, diagnose faults, and address abuse, the system may process operational information such as connection times, selected routes, transferred volume, error types, and session status in real time. This information is not retained as a long-term browsing record. After billing, diagnosis, or security handling is complete, it is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified according to its actual purpose. If a service issue occurs, relevant operational information is used only in authorized maintenance procedures.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Access Analytics
The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language choices, interface preferences, and necessary security states. This data maintains sign-in sessions, restores page settings, and reduces repeated actions. After Cookies or local storage are cleared, some preferences may return to their default state, and the account may need to be accessed again.
Access analytics are used to understand page visit trends, entry sources, and technical errors, not to record specific browsing content. Analytics data is analyzed in aggregated form wherever possible. Browser privacy controls can limit non-essential storage; however, disabling storage required to maintain a session may prevent login and user panel features from working properly.
Payment Processing and Necessary Data Sharing
PDDVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment provider or payment network. The service generally receives order results, transaction status, and necessary reconciliation identifiers, and does not require users to submit complete payment account authentication details to PDDVPN. Each payment provider's privacy rules apply to data it collects directly.
Data is provided to relevant service providers only when necessary to complete payments, maintain service operations, handle disputes, or fulfill applicable obligations. PDDVPN requires participating services to use data only for agreed purposes and reduces the risk of unauthorized access through access controls, transmission protection, and operational reviews.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and order data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account, deliver services, reconcile accounts, and handle disputes. Retention periods vary by purpose: access analytics that are no longer needed are deleted or aggregated; temporary operational information is cleared after diagnosis and security handling; and records retained by law or for pending disputes are no longer kept once the relevant purpose ends.
Users can access the user panel and submit a request through the ticket entry point to review, correct, or delete account-related data. To prevent another person from acting on the account, control of the current account may need to be verified before a request is processed. After a deletion request is completed, account functions may end. Aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to a specific account are not recoverable account data.
Policy Updates
This policy may change as service processes, data handling methods, or applicable rules change. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” month will be revised accordingly. If a change materially affects the scope of account data processing, PDDVPN will describe the main changes in a service notice in the user panel. Before continuing to use the service, review the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you can stop using the service and submit a data processing request through a ticket.
