Service Scope and Support Process

PDDVPN Operating Principles

PDDVPN provides cross-border network acceleration for users accessing international websites, collaborating across regions, or staying connected on multiple devices, with coverage across 90+ countries and 200+ routes. There is no device limit, no email address is required, and service rules are explained by route selection, support procedures, and stated commitments.

Service Positioning

This service addresses long-distance cross-border links, changing network paths, and the choice of access points in different regions. Route coverage helps match your destination, while the best entry point depends on your network, target region, and actual use case. Monthly plans suit ongoing use; data packages remain available until depleted and never expire. See the plans page for exact pricing and data allowances.

Routes and Issue Resolution

Choose routes based on your target region and current network conditions rather than relying on one fixed entry point. When a connection fails, first determine whether the issue involves subscription updates, client settings, access to a specific app, or the device’s overall network. Then switch routes, update the subscription, and check system network settings in order. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel with your device platform, route name, error message, and reproduction steps so the problem can be traced to the relevant stage.

Privacy Position

PDDVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record visited websites, search queries, or transmitted content. Account data is limited to information needed to provide subscriptions, confirm service status, and handle support requests. Registration requires only a username and password; no email address is required. Subscription links are access credentials and should be imported only on your own devices. If a link is exposed, retrieve a new one from the user panel and update the client.
